The hotel is located in a beautiful area of the city, with good metro access and close to lovely smaller restaurants. The rooms are fantastic, very modern with everything you could need, and I particularly enjoyed the sloping wall and the huge bath tub. The service was extremely friendly and helpful, except for one staff member at night, making my stay very pleasant. The dining experience was unbelievable with a variety of food options. Some misinformation and poor attitude from the reception staff slightly affected my overall experience. The location couldn't be better for Oktoberfest attendees as it's just a street away, but encountering some misinformation from reception dampened the experience.
